How engagements work.

Scope of engagement
Every project starts with an enquiry through toinfy.com or a direct conversation. Before any work begins, we agree the scope, deliverables, timeline and commercial terms in a separate written project agreement. These general terms describe how To Infy operates; the project agreement governs the specifics of your engagement.
Engagement models
To Infy works with founders and businesses through three models: Build (ground-up product development), Grow (ongoing maintenance and care after launch), and Partner (a selective, mutually agreed long-term arrangement for ideas we choose to invest in directly). Pricing and structure for each are set out in the project agreement, not on this page.
Source code and ownership
Source code ownership, repository access and any third-party licences used in your product are defined in the project agreement before work starts. Unless that agreement says otherwise, you own what we build for you once it’s paid for.
Communication
We communicate directly with the people responsible for your product — no account-manager layer in between. Response times and channels are agreed as part of onboarding.
No guarantees on partnership terms
Where To Infy explores becoming a technology or commercial partner on an idea, that arrangement is selective and agreed case by case. Nothing on this site is an offer or guarantee of a partnership, reduced fee, or revenue-share arrangement.
Limitation of liability
To Infy provides services on a professional-effort basis. Except as set out in a signed project agreement, we make no warranties beyond those required by law, and our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.
Changes to these terms
We may update these general terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Terms already agreed in a signed project agreement are not affected retroactively.
