What we collect

When you use the “Start a project” form on toinfy.com, we collect the information you submit: your name, work email, what you’re looking to build, your current stage, preferred engagement, and any details you share about your idea.

When you submit the support form, we collect the request type, name, email address, subject, and message needed to respond. Please do not submit passwords, authentication codes, or sensitive financial information.

How we use it

We use what you submit only to respond to your enquiry and, if a project moves forward, to deliver the work. We don’t use it for advertising, and we don’t sell or rent it to third parties.

Who sees it

Enquiry details are reviewed by the people at To Infy directly involved in responding to you. We don’t share your information with external marketing or data-broker services.

Support service providers

Support requests are processed with Google Apps Script, stored in a private Google Sheet, and acknowledged using Google’s email service. We use short-lived, hashed-email rate-limit records to reduce duplicate and abusive submissions. These records expire from active use automatically and are periodically removed.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and support details for as long as needed to respond, maintain the relevant service record, and meet any legally required retention period. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time.

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. If that changes, this page will be updated first.
